This is a common error due to a small installation mistake. When you first ran the VMWare player and opened your manual, a dialog box popped up asking if you have "Moved it" or "Copied it", you have selected "I copied it" (which it prompts you to accept if you don't know the answer). This causes the error you now have.
The quickest fix is to delete the manual, and start again. To do this, go to the folder where you extracted your .rar files (were you opened your manual from in the VMWare player) and delete all the files.
Now, re-extract your manual to a new folder, then open it from the VMWare player again, and this time it will ask you the moved it question again and be sure to select "I moved it". This will fix the error and your manual will be working fine.
