This error is when you have virtualisation turned off on your PC. This is often done as standard on new PC's or Laptops so to fix it you will need to reboot your machine and turn it on.
Once you restart your machine you need to enter the BIOS menu, this is usually done by pressing F1 but your machine will show you what button to press as it is loading.
Within the BIOS, choose the "Security" option/tab. Under that option, then the "Virtualization" option.
You will see:
Intel (R) Virtualization Technology [Disabled]
Change it to "Enabled".
Saved and Exit from the BIOS.
Now, when you open the VMware virtual machine it should all run ok.
